What do you enjoy most about working in the wealth management industry?
Being a financial advisor is a natural fit because it combines two of my greatest passions: family and helping people. My most important responsibility is guiding individuals and families through generations of complex decisions—both financial and personal.
What do you enjoy most about being part of Harvest Wealth Management?
The people. Our team is truly selfless—every member cares deeply about one another and about our clients.
What have you learned from your clients?
Everything. Each year, I spend an afternoon with 10 clients in a facilitated advisory board meeting, in addition to annual family reviews. Their feedback has been invaluable—constantly helping us refine our practice and elevate the client experience for all.
What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?
Inspired by members of my client advisory board, my wife Jess and I extended our passion for helping others beyond financial advice. In 2015, we launched Jog Your Memory 5K, a nonprofit dedicated to funding Alzheimer’s research and supporting families in need. Since inception, the race has raised more than $2.2 million. This cause is deeply personal to us. Learn more at www.jogyourmemory5k.org

What would you be doing if you weren’t working for Harvest?
I’d likely be a life coach or therapist. Helping people is the most rewarding work I can imagine.
What do you love to do outside of work
I’m happiest when I’m with family and friends. Whether coaching one of my kids’ teams, playing golf, traveling, or catching a Boston sporting event, I enjoy being surrounded by the people I love. Jess and I have three children—Colby (18), Caley (15), and Mikey (13)—and we cherish our time together on Cape Cod and in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Where does your story begin?
I grew up in West Hartford, Connecticut, and graduated from Kingswood-Oxford School before heading to Middlebury College in Vermont. Those years taught me invaluable lessons about life, loyalty, and friendship. After graduating in 1997, I began my career with American Express Financial Advisors. In 2009, Josh and I founded Harvest Wealth Management to create a truly independent platform for our clients.
